cgroups plugin: Use cu_mount_checkoption().

cu_mount_checkoption() behaves a bit like strstr() in that it returns a pointer
into the buffer. cu_mount_getoptionvalue() allocated memory that was never
freed, slowly leaking memory (although very little).
