Filecount plugin: Custom values for reported plugin, type and type instance

* Allow to set plugin name;
* Allow to set empty plugin instance;
* Allow to set metric types: Added 'FilesSizeType' and 'FilesCountType' options;
* Allow to disable metric reporting;
* Allow to set metrics type instance
