modbus plugin: Fix a small memory leak in mb_config_add_datagroup().

datagroup.name wasn't freed and datagroup.collect would leak if
datagroup_copy() failed.

collectd.conf(5): Fix documentation of data types of the modbus plugin.

Build system: Check the pkg-config names "libmodbus" *and* "modbus".

change (apart from the rename dataset -> datagroup). It should apply cleanly
to the latest version of the master branch.

I also attached a patch to the configure.in script to make pkg-config check

First of all, I would like to thank you for writing collectd. It is a
very nice and useful application!

Secondly, thanks for changing the license of the collectd modbus plugin.
I would like to eventually get it included in the package of collectd
that is shipped by debian and I hope the new license is acceptable to
them.

In addition, I think it would be nice to group a number of registers, to
make it easier to configure a number of identical devices. I wrote a
small patch (attached) that adds a config option 'Dataset', that works
like in the example below. The patch is only tested lightly. Could you
comment on the (preliminary) patch?

src/plugin.c: Free allocated data if plugin_insert_read() fails.

src/plugin.c: Move the error-checking code up.

This way the error message is much closer to the check and we save one
level of indentation for the "good" code.

plugin.c: prevent re-adding read functions

When multiple LoadPlugin options are used with a plugin, the plugin is
only loaded once, however the plugin's read function is invoked
multiple times at every interval. This in turn causes undesired
redundant data to be sent to the write plugins.

This patch prevents a plugin's read function from being re-added to
the read_heap and read_list during plugin registration.
